DIRECTOR ZULIKAT WURAOLA ABIOLA

Zulikat Wuraola Abiola is the managing director of Management Transformation Ltd, a management consulting firm. She has served clients in Nigeria and throughout Africa in strategy, business development, leadership, governance, organisational development, risk management and public sector policy consulting since 1999. Prior to her current role, she worked at McKinsey & Co, in New York and London, primarily in the areas of strategy and organisation. Wuraola is a senior lecturer on Organisational Development at the University of Lagos, and Strategy and Corporate Policy at the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS).   

External appointments: Wuraola is a non-executive director and vice chairman of Frigoglass SAIC, chair of Zone Mauritius Ltd and non-executive director of Coca-Cola HBC AG. She is also on the board of directors of Lekoil Nigeria Limited and Summit Oil International Ltd (Nigeria). She is also on the board of HAVEK Leadership Academy, a faith-based NGO established by NAFSAT.

Education: Wuraola holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco (summa cum laude), MBA and Ph.D.
