Olusegun Bakare

Olusegun Bakare is a seasoned media and communications professional with a background in Digital Film and Video Production. With over 14 years of industry experience, he has earned numerous production credits and worked with reputable media houses, news agencies, and global brands such as Pepsi. Beyond media production, Olusegun holds a Project Management Institute (PMI) certification and has successfully designed and implemented a range of audio-visual (AV) and IT network solutions, demonstrating his passion for technology and scalable solutions. Since 2014, he has served as the Communication Manager at The Citadel Global Community Church, where he oversees media, communications, and technology-driven initiatives. In 2021, he was ordained as an Associate Pastor for the Youth Ministry, reflecting his enduring passion for mentoring and equipping the next generation. Olusegun’s leadership extends beyond his church and profession. He has served in multiple capacities as a board member, volunteer, and committee member, most recently contributing to the CIAO Africa Awards. He is deeply passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems, designing sustainable systems, and empowering young people to fulfill their potential.
