For the Advanced Diploma in Public Leadership and Statecraft, applicants must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of the General Certificate of Education (GCE) or its equivalent.
Experience in governance-related fields, such as government service, civil society, corporate impact, public administration, or political engagement.
A demonstrated commitment to public service and governance innovation.
